Patricia Neal Outpatient Clinic At The Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center

Patricia Neal Outpatient Clinic (PNOC) is a dynamic part of the rehabilitation spectrum of care for those patients with diagnosis of CVA (stroke), brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputee, and multiple trauma. Located within the Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center, PNOC assists patients in their return to function in the home and community. PNOC provides excellent physical, occupational, speech language therapies and behavioral medicine services to approximately 100 patients each week. Additionally, PNOC provides specialty services including: Adaptive Driving Seating and Mobility Assistive and Augmentative Communication Brain Injury Day Treatment Vestibular Rehabilitation Programs Using a team approach the therapists at PNOC work with patients to improve their function according to their individualized goals. The therapists are dedicated, excellent clinicians, averaging 15 years of specialized experienced in neurological rehabilitation. Areas of specialization include: NDT Training Pilates Certification Spinal Cord Injury CVA Brain Injury Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Motor Control/Motor Learning Vestibular Rehabilitation Voice and Swallowing dysfunction Laryngectomy Vital Stim Modalities certification (thermal agents, electrical stimulation) Driver Rehabilitation Positional Casting and Splinting Manual Therapy Neurodynamic Exercise Assistive and Augmentative Communication Upon completion of outpatient program, 96.5% of neurological patients were satisfied with the services that they received.
