Heather Moore can passionately tell you why she loves her job as a physical therapist at Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center. From the clinicians she works with to the opportunity to put her patients first, she has found her home at Pat Neal.
October is National Physical Therapy Month, and we could not provide the superior care we are known for without our team of physical therapists. Physical therapists help patients overcome disabilities caused by disease, injury or developmental abnormality, or amputation. The highly trained physical therapy team at Pat Neal improve the quality of life of hundreds of patients each year by physically and emotionally supporting patients throughout their rehabilitative journey.

Where are you from?
Kingston, Tennessee
How long have you worked at Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center (PNRC)?
Almost 7 years
Tell us a little bit about your job at PNRC?
I am a physical therapist on the brain injury team, and I also treat some outpatient vestibular rehab patients.
What do you love most about your job?
What I love about my job goes hand in hand with what I love about Patricia Neal. I have the opportunity to put the patients first no matter what they need. I can take extra time with a patient if they are having an emotional moment and just give them a hug or a shoulder to cry on. I can go beyond just the duties of my job and truly be there for my patients.
What is your favorite song?
My wedding song, Magic Moments
If you could eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
This isn’t food, but I would need to have my coffee!
